away from your plate. This may sound very simple but for a lot
of people it is easily forgotten. Eat slowly to allow you brain
time to get the signal that you are getting full. When you
start to feel a sensation of fullness, stop eating. Get up and

of feeling bloated.
Another
great tip for easy weight loss is to eat more often. This has
been proven over and over again to be the best way to increase
your metabolism and burn more calories. When I say eat more
often I mean 4 to 6 small, healthy, meals throughout the day.
This would include such things as fruits and vegetables, not
potato chips and candy bars. Switch to drinks that contain less
than 10 calories per glass. Eating more often will keep you
from being hungry throughout the day.
Easy
weight loss is possible by shifting your proteins and carbs
from day to day. As an example on one day you may eat three
meals that contain mostly carbs and one meal that contains only
proteins. The next day you would eat two carb meals and two
protein meals. This is known as calorie shifting and will help
your body’s metabolism burn more fat.
Losing
weight is easy if you let it be that way. Don’t confuse
yourself by trying to count calories, points or portions. Use
common sense, get in tune with your body and shift your meals
around from day to day. The results will surprise
you.
